Problem Solving |
A presentation on the topic of problem solving with several examples from manufacturing.
Session Background
The Cost of Quality model reminds us that 10% - 20% of sales revenue is eaten up by quality problems. Getting to root cause is often difficult and we sometimes abandon our efforts. Some problems are obvious only to outsiders because we’ve lived with the problems for so long that we accept them as part of the process.
Problem solving consumes much of our time at work so we ought to be good at it. Join us on October 20th as Chris Butterworth, Master Black Belt and freelancer walks us through some ideas on problem solving.
After this session you will be armed with some new ideas that you can implement at your workplace.
